Sub-Processors
As with the vast majority of SaaS providers, Access Intelligence uses third party sub-processors in providing its services. Access Intelligence believe that the healthy collaboration amongst companies forms great and innovative partnerships to bring the best of its services to its customers.
Access Intelligence takes great care in selecting its partners with a specific emphasis on their ability to comply with GDPR and related data privacy regulations. Not only do we seek robust contractual commitments but undertake due diligence to validate information security practices. In line with the GDPR, where personal data is being transferred beyond the UK/EU/EEA, Access Intelligence considers whether an adequacy decision has been made, the use of standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or international data transfer agreement (IDTA) is required and whether there are other appropriate mechanisms to ensure the safeguarding and protection of the rights and freedoms of natural persons in the context of personal data.
Pulsar Sub-Processors
Pulsar is the Data Controller for the collection and processing of data within the platform. However, when clients upload their own data, Pulsar will be the Data Processor of that subset.
