Our Products Run on Trust

We have always designed our products with security and compliance in mind.

The evolving Access Intelligence portfolio includes Vuelio, a leading media intelligence platform with monitoring, insight, engagement and evaluation tools; Pulsar, an advanced social listening and audience intelligence platform; and ResponseSource, the network that connects media and influencers to the resources they need.

We take security & compliance seriously and recognise that our Information Security (InfoSec) practices are important to our users. Therefore, we have created this Trust Centre to be transparent about how we secure data.

Security

ISO 27001

The Access Intelligence Group – including its brands Vuelio, ResponseSource and Pulsar – has achieved the ISO/IEC 27001 certification. This is an international standard for Information Security Management that demonstrates an ongoing commitment to apply the most rigorous risk management model to protect information and data belonging to both the Group and its clients.

The ISO-IEC-27001-Certificationstandard forms the basis for effective management of confidential information and the application of information security controls. It recognises an ongoing commitment to review systems and suppliers, identify risks, assess implications and put controls in place for data security. This includes auditing all systems, information assets, operational processes, legal and regulatory requirements, and an ongoing training programme to strengthen the organisation’s expertise in risk management and data security.

ISO 27001 recognises the Group’s exceptional standards in data management and security. This benefits all clients who can rely on the company’s ability to store and process sensitive data in a secure way underpinned by robust systems, increased business resilience, and improved management processes.

UK Cyber Essentials

Cyber Essentials is a scheme that was developed as part of the UK’s National Cyber Security Programme.Cyber Essentials Certified

The UK Government worked with the Information Assurance for Small and Medium Enterprises (IASME) consortium and the Information Security Forum (ISF) to develop Cyber Essentials.

This set of technical controls enable organisations to achieve one of two Cyber Essentials certifications.

1. Access Intelligence is Cyber Essentials certified.

2. We are working on renewing our Cyber Essentials Plus certificate (ETA Summer 2021).

Compliance

GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a data protection law that regulates the processing of personal data in the geographic areas where the law abides.

The “UK GDPR” and “EU GDPR” are very similar, and Access Intelligence regularly updates its policies and procedures in line with global privacy developments.

We use the term “GDPR” to cover both the UK and EU laws.

Access Intelligence is committed to data ethics. We have defined practices to ensure the way data is collected and used is trustworthy and ethical. For greater transparency, we have created an Evidence Pack to describe our stance on GDPR and to outline our obligations:
