As Group Product Marketing Manager, you’ll become an authority on our market and customers, the competitive landscape, and, most importantly, our products.

Working in close collaboration with Commercial, Customer Excellence, Product and Marketing teams you will develop research plans to uncover customer insights, identify user needs, steer and validate product roadmaps, and stay on top of the competitive landscape.

You’ll represent the voice of the customer and use it to shape and execute our “go-to-market strategy”, including value proposition, segmentation, messaging and positioning. Working closely with our product teams you’ll ensure we build products and features that solve customer problems and allow us to capitalise on market opportunities.

You’ll communicate the value proposition of our portfolio of products through marketing and sales enablement assets and operationalised resources in support of lead nurture, conversion and retention efforts.

You will have extensive experience in product marketing in a fast-paced, high growth business – ideally in a global B2B SaaS marketing or communications technology company – and you’ll be ready to share and implement validated practices on day one.

We’re looking for someone eager to partner and willing to learn, think and act strategically as well as comfortable in getting involved in tactical execution.


Market and customer intelligence

  • Develop research plans to be the expert on our market, prospects and customers
  • Be the expert on the competition and how to beat them; identify gaps in the market and propose solutions to fill them
  • Develop audience segments and personas – further our understanding of what customers want at different stages of the customer journey and continually optimise that journey

Product positioning

  • Develop messaging that differentiates our products in the market

Marketing strategy and initiatives

  • Drive strategy, planning and execution of global marketing activities in collaboration with other teams and agencies
  • Shape and execute “go-to-market” strategies, including value proposition, segmentation, messaging and positioning
  • Develop bespoke product integrated marketing plans aligned to the overarching marketing strategy with the wider marketing team
  • Work with client, prospect and other stakeholder data to identify, understand and engage with the right audiences with the right content through the right channels
  • Develop product and solution content for awareness and demand generation campaigns, including web content, whitepapers, datasheets, emails, events, webinars, videos etc.
  • Work with client, prospect and other stakeholder data to identify, understand and engage with the right audiences with the right content through the right channels
  • Develop bespoke strategies and content for in-product communications

Sales enablement and support

  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to commercial teams and develop tools and collateral to support them
  • Maintain background supporting information for tender responses

Product development

  • Use research, insights and client feedback loop to help steer and validate strategic product development and roadmaps

Product and feature launches

  • Plan the launch of new products and feature releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan

Product collateral and training

  • Translate technical release notes for communication throughout the organisation

Other customer communications

  • Provide support on drafting and sending communications about maintenance or system issues

Information Security – All staff have a responsibility and an essential role to play in safeguarding Access Intelligence’s information and that of its customers. Previous experience

3+ years’ experience in product marketing in a fast-paced, high growth business is essential,  ideally in a global B2B SaaS marketing or communications technology company

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Marketing Automation software, preferably Hubspot
  • Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Experience with Intercom or equivalent
  • Social media
  • Adobe Creative Suite (optional)

  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident, diplomatic and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Excellent verbal, written communicator – can adapt this to range of channels, platforms and content
  • Compelling, persuasive, eloquent copywriting
