The Business Description
AI Talent is a leading provider of Compliance Training and Learning Management Solutions. The company is dedicated to helping regulated industries - which include life sciences, biotechnology, financial services, retail, health and safety and manufacturing - improve their business standards, raise competitive advantage and cost-effectively address compliance and training challenges, through the use of learning technologies. Over the years demand has grown for AI Talent’s solutions and the company has also extended its services into other non-regulated industries such as call-centre, training and technology services.

The AI Talent solution suite includes: Learning Compliance Suite (LCS), a validated enterprise level compliance training management system; LMS Select, a scalable, modular learning management system; and CoAuthor a collaborative content authoring tool. These solutions help organisations to centrally manage and automate their entire training process from, e-learning and classroom training to competency assessments and blended learning.

Customers include DSGI, Aviva, AAH Pharmaceuticals, The Change Group, Ladbrokes, Eli Lilly and Barclays.

The Management Team
AI Talent is headed by CEO, Heath Williams who is responsible for setting the corporate strategy, direction and operational management of the business. Heath brings more than 20 years experience in the IT industry to AI Talent, half of which have been in executive management positions.

Current Business Performance
AI Talent joined the Access Intelligence Group in March 2010 and is continuing to build on its growth in 2009. AI Talent primarily operates in the UK, Europe and the US and has recently expanded its services in the Asia Pacific Region.
