Set up as a separate division in 2009, the system has benefited from additional development and is now seen as the “weapon of choice” for Crisis Managers, HSE Directors and Operations Teams around the world.

AI ControlPoint provides a suite of modules to deliver an effective incident monitoring and management solution. Creating a virtual incident room, AI ControlPoint provides companies with an efficient and flexible alternative or supplement to a physical incident room. It ensures companies have key functionality to completely manage any type of incident. Functionality includes; Incident logging, stakeholder notification, staff and contractor locating and a full audit trail.

The Management Team
AI ControlPoint is headed by Charles Lass, CEO, who has been responsible for the development of the company since it was setup as a separate division within Solcara.

Charles is a well-respected technology entrepreneur with experience of growing software and e-commerce companies from start-up to exit. He was Co-Founder of ViaPost and joined ControlPoint soon after the company was sold in 2009. He understands both the technology and commercial potential of web applications and is extremely hands-on.

AI ControlPoint has built a strong portfolio of customers in the Aerospace, Oil and Gas and Finance markets. Current customers include; easyJet, Thomas Cook, Subsea7, Petrofac, Societe General, ING and VISA. With predictable recurring revenue and profit from its SaaS based sales, AI ControlPoint has invested in customer driven product development, which continues to strengthen its position in the market.
